SAC : CUSTOMER SERVICE



The Customer Service (SAC) at the Port of Algeciras Bay was born of a continuous desire to improve service quality and to offer our customers a tool that can lead to a higher degree of transparency in port operations, enabling incidents to be solved quickly, efficiently and integrally.
 
It is our customers’ direct communication channel to the Port Authority of Algeciras Bay.
 
This service will strive to solve possible deviations arising in Port Authority activity service provisions, and will guarantee a response that satisfies customer expectations.  At the same time, the service will provide a link between the final customer and the agencies that make up our Port Community.
 
Apart from being a service that can meet the needs of customers, our SAC also serves as an efficient means to detect where we can make improvements.
 
The Port Authority has made avaible a telephone and fax number, postal and e-mail address, and a direct customer service office, whereby any suggestion, opinion, claim or complaint can be collected and attended. Customers may also request commercial information here about activities, improvements and new services introduced by the Port of Algeciras Bay.

   Personalized Telephone Attention from Monday to Friday - 8:00 a.m to 15:00 p.m (except public holiday).
   Phone - answering machine the rest of the day.
